Tests "Show spillage not from BP Oil Disaster"

While the government cannot confirm "conclusively" the source of the oil-like substance found on the Cat Island shoreline, Earl Deveaux, Minister of Environment, said tests have ruled out spillage from the recent BP oil disaster in the Gulf.
